IMPROVING BEHAVIOUR IN THE WORKPLACE
We use a range of accredited psychometric profiling methods as part of our development programmes in order to help clients generate awareness of their behavior towards others and themselves.
The benefits allow individuals and teams to identify gaps in their development which can be extremely insightful.
What are psychometric profiles?
These are tools designed to measure an individual’s knowledge, abilities, aptitudes, personality, intelligence and motivations. The tests can be conducted during an interview or assessment centre, in a controlled professional environment but most are now completed online by participants in their own time.
In which situations are psychometric tests used?
Psychometric testing is very useful at interview stages for the selection of personnel. It is also used for teams as part of their development to review the dynamics and any gaps in skills that may be apparent.
In some cases, Companies want to make sure that they’re holding real talent as they offer more personal development and coaching – and psychometrics are the base from which to address areas for development.
The benefit of psychometric testing is the insight provided into an individual’s motivation, leadership style and other criteria key to an executive leader of an organisation. It’s good to have a scientific way to measure the probability of future performance rather than relying on a gut feeling – not to catch people out but to identify areas for development.
We offer the following that can be adapted to all levels of staff within a Company.
My name is Jane Baker and I specialise in performance and motivational psychology for both individuals and teams.
My objective is to encourage and motivate individuals so that they become creative in their approach, identify and take ownership of solutions, prioritise their goals and develop strategies to achieve them.
