Steppes Coaching
runs 1 day personal development workshops at our beautiful retreat
facility in Monmouth. A minimum of 3 people and a maximum of 6 are
allowed on any one workshop, so please book your place in advance to
avoid disappointment.

•Changing your career

On-Site Workshops Steppes Coaching also runs on-site employee workshops that focus on creating an effective balance between
work and personal priorities, reducing stress and building self-esteem.
Examples of workshops include:
•Seven step to supporting a clients Work/life balance
•Stress management – Strategies for overcoming stress
•Setting life's priorities - the wheel of life
•Building confidence and self esteem
•A new way forward – returning to work
The workshops are designed to be fun and experiential in nature and can
range from an extended lunch hour session (one and a half hours in
duration) to half or full day workshops.
I
also provide monthly clinics for staff who need to discuss their
problems in a safe and confidential environment. The sessions are
thought provoking, challenging and ultimately rewarding.
