Coaching is a partnership in which I can help guide you to realise your potential, and attain success in both your personal and professional life. Ultimately, I will help you to create your own success.
What Does It Involve?
As your coach, I will help you sort through difficult issues and move you forward in positive ways. I will inquire, encourage, challenge, make requests, advise where appropriate and listen for your truth so that you remain aligned with who you are, your goals, your values, and your vision. My focus will be completely on you and what you want in life.
We will work together to understand your core values and beliefs that may have inhibited your progress to date. I will challenge your thought patterns and work with you to attain an inner confidence that you may think that you have lost. You will be provided with a structured programme, with a clear set of goals both for the short and long term to help keep you motivated, providing a clarity of vision and a determination to succeed. At all times I am there to support you in a confidential and safe environment.
How Does It Work?
Appointments are for one hour although I usually recommend 90 minutes for the first session. This is not obligatory, however.
During our initial conversation, we will discuss what you want to achieve from the coaching process, what I am committed to do as your coach, and what commitments you are expected to make.
We will agree on the number of sessions, frequency and a structure that is appropriate for your needs.
This may include face to face or telephone sessions, or a combination of both, designed to suit your requirements, geographical location and lifestyle. E-mail support will also be available between sessions if required. This is usually to confirm and remind each other of actions agreed at each session and to generally keep up the momentum and maintain focus on the priorities.
